We introduce ourselves.
STABA Getriebe- und Stahlbau GmbH Bitterfeld was founded on 18.12.1990. Our company is a medium-sized company with currently 28 employees, who have decades of experience in the production of welded gear housings and other welding assemblies, which have been manufacturing company names since 1972 in these production plants.
The great professional experience of our employees allows us to manufacture even technically difficult weld assemblies, if necessary without piece lists and individual drawings.
On request, we supply our products with low stress annealed, vibration-relieved, blasted and primed as well as also completely machined according to drawing, free work order. In three production halls with an area of ​​approximately 2,000 square meters, we realize the wishes of our customers up to a single part mass of approx. 30 t.
Our company is a recognized welding company. We are certified according to EN 1090-1 and EN ISO 3834-2. We also have various approvals from classification societies as well as the Bundeswehr. The skilled welding technician support is secured by several welding engineers.
True to our motto "quality at fair prices", we always strive to implement the requirements of our customers quickly, unbureaucratically and in high quality.
Our quality management system has been certified since 1995, currently according to ISO 9001: 2008. This certification was carried out by DNV GL - Business Assurance.
Our customer base already includes many well-known companies throughout the Federal territory and also in other European countries, as can be seen in our customer list.
